DDM Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 9, 2026

DDM is part of the VYRE AI ecosystem. We build privacy-first communication tools. We are not a data broker, ad network, or surveillance platform.

Identity

DDM uses a PIN-based identity system. No phone number, email address, or government ID is required to create your local identity.

Local-first storage

Messages, notes, stories, contacts, and app-lock settings are stored on your device by default. DDM is designed to work without requiring a cloud inbox.

Hub relay (routing only)

If you enable hub mode, your device or a public relay node may temporarily store encrypted envelopes addressed to another DDM ID. Relay nodes do not receive decryption keys and cannot read message content.

Microphone permission

Microphone access may be used only for optional AI lanes that listen for knowledge-base signals and explicit user summons. Ordinary private conversation is not treated as open AI training material.

Camera permission

Camera access is used for QR contact trust and related in-app scanning flows.

Data deletion

You can delete local conversations, notes, stories, and contacts inside the app. You can revoke hub relay participation in settings. Relay envelopes expire automatically.

Children

DDM is not directed to children under 13. Do not use DDM if local law requires parental consent and you do not have it.
