DDM Terms & User Agreement
Last updated: June 9, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating a DDM identity and using this application, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not continue.
2. Your identity
Your DDM PIN identifies your lane and contacts. It is not your app-lock code. DDM cannot recover a lost PIN or lost app-lock code.
3. Acceptable use
- No harassment, threats, exploitation, or illegal activity
- No attempt to bypass DDM or VYRE security controls
- No abuse of relay hubs for spam, malware, or oversized payloads
4. Device hub participation
DDM may allow your device to act as a relay hub for the network. By enabling hub mode, you agree that:
- Your device may forward encrypted envelopes for other users
- Hubs have routing-only access and no message-content access
- Public hubs may be used by any DDM user for encrypted transit only
- Future hub features may expand, but content access remains prohibited
See the Public Hub Relay Agreement for full details.
5. Public release standard
DDM guarantees the privacy and security standard described in these agreements for public access. If a build cannot meet that standard, it is not approved for public release.
6. Paid tiers
Optional paid tiers may unlock additional lanes or assistant features. Core private messaging remains local-first.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
